David Haskell

David graduated Boston University in 2003, and brings his B.S. in Business Administration and General Management to the KSI Capital organization.

But he is no stranger to the business, having grown up around real estate. David traveled extensively for one of the nation's largest private mortgage lenders, absorbing the fine points of real estate transactions.

His other experience includes co-managing a large real estate portfolio in southern California and Arizona, where his efforts on a variety of projects gave him first-hand knowledge of acquisition, mapping, zoning, and development.

David also spent time in St. Louis, honing skills related to lease negotiation, property management, and marketing, furthering his understanding of the disciplines necessary for success in the real estate industry.

David is a licensed real estate agent in both California and Missouri.
