Alan J. Lustrin

Alan J. Lustrin, Esq., General Counsel for KSI, brings over 20 years of experience in tax law and personal financial planning and wealth management to the table. As the Founding Member and CEO of Palmas Development, LLC, Alan has overseen all aspects of the planned development of a mixed use beachfront resort and residential project. He's also the Founding Member and President of his own registered investment advisory firm, providing fee-only wealth management services to high net worth individuals, while managing approximately $40 million of their investment assets.

A former managing director and executive board member of a large New York-based independent registered investment advisory firm, and a former senior tax manager at Deloitte & Touche in NYC, Alan has also served on the executive board of directors of the Alzheimer's Association's NYC Chapter.

Alan received his B.S. in Accounting from SUNY Albany, his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law, and his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
